These terms of sale govern subscription to the paid offers of the Day'n'Do application, published by Dayndo (French sole proprietorship, SIRET 101 872 208 00018, legal representative: Yoann Eon). Subscribing to a Premium plan or Pro pass constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Day'n'Do offers a free tier with usage limits (10 members per group, 24-hour ephemeral messaging), a Premium subscription at 36€ per year (incl. tax) for one group, and a Pro pass at 99€ per year (incl. tax) applying personally to every group the user organizes. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by card via our secure payment provider, Stripe. Day'n'Do does not store any card data; it is processed directly by Stripe.
Premium and Pro pass subscriptions are taken out for one year and automatically renewed for the same duration, unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date, under the conditions set out in Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge requesting immediate access to the features and waiving your right of withdrawal as soon as the offer is activated.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting us via our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is issued, unless otherwise required by law.
Day'n'Do uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guarantee of results. The publisher's liability cannot be engaged in the event of service interruption, data loss, or improper use of the application by the user.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Évry (Essonne, France), subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
